I have over 30 years of experience working in technology companies. I am a bit of a business process nut, so I will work with you to make sure I am driving delivery in the most efficient manner, whether that be in an iterative, sprint-based cadence, or in a more traditional design, develop, test approach.

I come with a wealth of experience, tools, and techniques, but I’m easy to work with.

When companies bring me in as an interim executive, it is usually to:

• Drive the team organization for more innovative product delivery
• Develop job descriptions and growth grids for aligning resources to the company strategy
• Reviewing existing technical systems and simplifying their use
• Driving strategic alignment (usually with a series of facilitated offsites) of the strategy to the delivery roadmap
