Bob assists Barc to help teams get up and running, fast. John has worked closely with Barc for over ten years in many capacities, as a project manager in the Waterfall world, and now as Scrum Master in the world of Agile.

Bob also co-facilitates Coral Mountain’s two-day Scrum Training class, that breaks into teams, and builds a Lego city. John is PMI and CSM certified, and a specialist in Sharon Bowman’s “Teach From the Back of the Room” training techniques.
